TPA SUPPORT
The EU inward processing procedure may be applicable to certain non-EU yachts undergoing repair or refit work, subject to customs authorisation and the conditions of each case.
Palma Yacht Solutions can support the preparation and coordination required to apply for TPA / Inward Processing where the yacht and project are eligible. Palma Yacht Solutions does not carry out the formal customs filing itself; this is coordinated with an appropriately authorised customs company or representative, and authorisation is granted by the competent customs authority.
